A native of the area, he is a “ garagiste ” in the truest sense of the word. Enrico is meticulous in his vineyards, his wines comes exclusively from his organic estate, and they radiate his profound passion.

Total acres : 15 hectares
Soil : Predominantly composed of sediment resulting from the Pleistocen period. The layers consist of Coarse sand for the first 50 - 60 cm, followed by Clay (80 - 100 cm). Below is fossil material atabout 120 cm. Well drained, void of limestone. Slightly alkaline with a Ph between 6.90 and 7.50. Sparse salinity.
