"The NV Franciacorta Brut (a blend of 80% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Nero) offers delicate notes of spring flower, lemon zest and bread crust. A small percentage (just 20%) of the Chardonnay ferments in French barrique. This is a steady and fresh sparkling wine with fine and persistent beading. Some 40,000 bottles were produced."
