Aged in oak with a small percentage of new barrels.

"You can still detect the Vidiano character – more so than the Assyrtiko but the oak spice is also present. More obviously so on the palate, in both flavour and texture. Slightly sweet-sour finish even though I am pretty sure it is dry. Not yet fully meshed." (JH)
