"The NV Franciacorta Brut Satèn (disgorged in June 2017) exhibits a very citrusy side with tangerine skin and preserved lemon. This is a pure expression of Chardonnay that delivers a mid-weight style and creamy texture that is further reinforced by the wine's large and loose perlage. One-third of the wine is fermented in oak. Bottle production is 10,000 units strong."
